Kevin has a B.A. in Broadcasting/Communications Eastern Kentucky University ’96 and worked 15 years as a Program Director in Lexington radio with access to hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of market research. He knows what songs get people on the floor and isn’t afraid to change when he’s sometimes wrong. Plus, aJames Entertainment IS cutting edge, with the first mobile DJ computer setup in 1995 in KY! Kevin Croucher a.k.a. DJ Kevin Bell has Co-Owned aJames Entertainment since 1990. Kevin graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.A. in Broadcasting / Communications. He also spent 15 years as a Program Director in Lexington radio, so he knows music. He was also the official DJ for the Kentucky Indoor football Horsemen playing Rupp Arena, so he knows how to get a crowd going! Kevin travels to DJ conferences yearly and constantly works to update our State of the Art Equipment and music to keep everything fresh! Kevin is married to Kim and they have a son Aiden, welcomed into their family February 2010, along with 2 cats, Hershey & Oliver.
DJ Darrin Croucher has Co-Owned aJames Entertainment since 1990. Darrin graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Engineering. He upgraded our company to computers in the mid-90’s, the first DJ company in Kentucky to do so! His forward thinking keeps our systems up-to-date! Combined, Kevin and Darrin have performed at THOUSANDS of events. Darrin is married to Angie and they have a cat named Walter.
